Week 1, Day 1

Saturday is my offical weigh-in day.  I start this journey at 134.2.  So far my sucesses have been that we went to birthday party at a Filipino restaurant, they had the fruit first and I put that on half my plate (my husband offered to get me another plate, but I refused so that I would have less room on my plate for the other food.)  When I was done and he went back for seconds, I just said to get me a small plate of fruit.  We ended up leaving before they cut the cake (I have a real sweet tooth and probably would not have resisted even though I was full) because we were woken up early due to older daughter was swinging doors shut as she tried to get the internet to work with our MAC laptop (that is another area to write on) at 5:30 as she wanted to see what the weather was going to be like for her date this afternoon (we are new to this dating thing and it is nerve racking).  Wasn’t too happy about that as she didn’t get in until 11:30 the night before.  And I did go and fill up my water bottle just now, so hopefully I’ll drink that one and another today.  I find it hard to find support as most people don’t think I need to lose weight.  So you guys will be my support, feel free to comment and help me in my journey.  Hopefully I can keep my resolve and have just 1 slice of pizza tonight (family pizza and a movie night-DVD).  We got “Snakes on a Plane” and “Solar Attack”.
